Hi everyone. I’ve sent out a few emails but also wanted to post this because I think a lot of people are coming here looking for the resources page.
I’m working on it and it will be up in a few days. For anyone not familiar, I’m adding a page (or pages) to list local resources for vintage bikes. If you work on them for other people, if you sell bike parts, or whatever, send me some contact info and a little blurb on what your specialties are, and I’ll list you as a local resource.
My theory is this: I want people to come to this site to look for resources for their vintage bikes, and if any of the VintageBikeRiders.com members can provide these – then we’ve made a great connection.

I need a new float for the carb on mb CL200….do you have anything? A talented local guy soldered a pinhole in it for me a few weeks ago, but it seems to be dripping gas out of the overflow tube overnight again.

Saw your ad on CL,very cool.My partner and I, between the 2 of us have 40+ vintage bikes of all makes mostly japanese 2 stroke BMW’s vintage enduros etc.Leaving for NY on sat to pick up a dozen or so more.We mostly deal on Ebay and have a large private shop near summit racing.This hobby’s been getting too big for us not to go fulltime in the near future. in the meantime anyone out there needing quality used RD(lots of hard to find Yamaha parts) CB XS etc… parts and resto parts, we have a pretty good inventory and are always looking to buy sell trade,BS about old bikes
