I literrally have no clue about this bike other than they were only made in one year , so on that note does anyone here have any idea of what its worth ? what i should start my price at ? and what would be a bad price to ask?  —- the bike is near mint it has custom pipes ( straight pipes ) custom highway bars , all original pieces , both side cases , 22,963 miles …. If you got ita really good price, I’d say double it, and then come down – if you can get what you paid plus a little your doing okay.

    Ok – I was way off – KBB is $1100, but I don’t know if that’s the “K” model.

Check your local Craigslist ads to see what other people are asking. You can also check on ebay to see what people are bidding for them (not asking) and also there is a motorcycle section on http://www.kbb.com that seems to be accurate, sometimes 10-20% on the high side of what you could actually get.

My guess for a 1983 model in that shape and also because it’s fairly rare, you’ll be around $2500-$3000 because it’s in such nice shape.

If I had some money I’d make you an offer – that’s a beautiful bike.
