Still thinking about a first ever 100 mile ride for this Summer. My apologies to anyone not in Northeast Ohio – you’re of course welcome to come here and join in, and hopefully this will be a success and for 2011 we can shift locations.
There are a ton of blanks in this plan, but my thinking at this point is still starting out in Hudson, riding to the Winking Lizard at Peninsula/Scenic Railroad, then taking some scenic route to eventually end up at Summit Racing in Akron.
Somewhere in there we’ll have to make a fuel stop and my biggest concern is everyone getting home safely after the reception. I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on this….and I would really move to make this event happen.

Hey, I’m “in” for this! Sounds like a great idea! Only recommendation is to do it SOON as the weather breaks so we can do it again! We’ll all be “itching” to ride, so the response should be good. I’m good to go right now! (except it’s too cold!)
Since my kids don’t understand “Dad’s alone time with his bikes” my CL will probably look pretty bad still, but hopefully survive the ride.

Be good motivation for getting our winter projects done to show off… I’m in! Come up, spend the night, ride, spend another night and ride back to Columbus. Maybe bring a group from here, get together with me on that…
